Job Title: IT Support Engineer

Job Summary: The IT Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users regarding computer systems, hardware, software, and network-related issues. They diagnose and troubleshoot problems, escalate unresolved issues to appropriate personnel, and ensure the efficient operation of IT systems.

JOD LOCATION : SAUDI ARABIA.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, chat, or in person.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and software.
• Troubleshoot problems with printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
• Ensure security measures are in place and up to date, including antivirus software and firewalls.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as system updates and backups.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
• Document all support activities and solutions for future reference.
• Train end-users on how to use new software and hardware.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are a plus.
