It Support Engineer
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage network and server infrastructure, ensuring proper documentation of IT processes and procedures.
• Oversee hardware and software inventory.
• Conduct software installations and perform necessary upgrades.
• Perform LAN/WAN and network security analysis and implementation.
• Implement new software and hardware systems.
• Manage IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Conduct troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
Requirements and Skills:
• Only candidates with their own Visa will be considered.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
• Knowledge of basic networking concepts and applications.
• Ability to analyze problems and create effective solutions.
• Experience working with Active Directory.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Exchange and Office 365.
• Experience in the deployment of office applications.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and preventative maintenance capabilities.
