- Assist with IT projects and implementations.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT support engineer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with IT service management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
