We are looking for an IT engineer who can effectively support the CRM system in a company, ensuring smooth operations, data integrity, and user satisfaction with the CRM platform. The perfect candidate will possess the following skills:
1. Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in database management, SQL queries, and data manipulation.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM software and integrations.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, or others used in CRM customization
2. CRM System Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of the specific CRM system used by the company, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or others.
- Familiarity with CRM modules, customizations, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
3. Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
4. Experience:
- Proven experience in administering, configuring, and supporting CRM systems.
- Experience in managing CRM integrations with other business systems such as Marketing Automation, ERP, or BI tools.
- Familiarity with data migration and system integration best practices.
5. Certification:
- Relevant CRM certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, or certifications specific to the CRM platform being used.
6. Communication and Problem-Solving Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with business users, understand their requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address technical issues and optimize CRM system performance.
