Role Description

We are looking for a result driven IT Support Engineer cum Web Developer to join our team.

IT Support:

Providing technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Troubleshooting and resolving IT problems promptly to minimize downtime.

Setting up and configuring new computers, printers, and other IT equipment.

Managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and other network devices.

Monitoring network performance and security, identifying and addressing any issues.

Conducting regular backups of critical data and ensuring data integrity and availability.

Managing user accounts and permissions, including creating, modifying, and disabling accounts as needed.

Assisting with IT procurement, including researching and recommending hardware and software purchases.

Providing training to employees on IT systems and best practices.

Maintaining an inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and warranties.

Web Development:

Designing and developing landing pages for marketing campaigns, ensuring they are visually appealing and optimized for conversions.

Creating and maintaining the company website, including updating content, adding new features, and ensuring the website is mobile-friendly and accessible.

Developing and implementing web applications or tools to support business operations, such as property listings, customer portals, or online forms.

Integrating third-party APIs or services into the company's website or web applications as needed.

Ensuring website security by implementing best practices, such as SSL certificates, secure coding, and regular updates.

Knowledge of UI, UX, SEO and mobile pages.

Server and Email Management:

Managing company servers, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and server software.

Configuring and managing email services.

Monitoring server and email performance, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing configurations for reliability and efficiency.

Implementing email security measures, such as spam filtering, antivirus protection, and encryption.

Providing technical support to employees for email-related issues, such as setting up email accounts on various devices or resolving delivery problems.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in information Technology or related discipline.

Should have good working knowledge on Perchrunway, PHP, HTML, MSSQL.

Certification in Microsoft Technologies, Virtualization Technology, Cloud Computing, Storage are desirable.

Minimum of 3 years of experience UAE or Middle East.
