Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level technical support to users via phone, email, and in person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
• Monitor and manage IT help desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure and security protocols.
• Train users on new systems and software, providing ongoing support and documentation.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies, coordinating purchases as needed.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to improve processes and implement new technologies.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology.
Qualifications:
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with help desk software and ticketing systems is a plus.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
