IT Assistant

Ele Interior Design is hiring for an IT Assistant for their Luxury Design business. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an established company who are providing a competitive salary, great company benefits and have a friendly working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop hardware (including desktop computers and printers) and standard desktop applications (including Microsoft office applications, virus protection, and network security)

Responsible for on-site IT user support (Network, telecommunication, desktop hardware/software, Security Cameras and standard applications)

IT Asset management and providing monthly reports to management.

Cyber Security Set Up

Network/Server set up

Structuring folders and files

Excel/Microsoft Project templates

Purchasing of hardware

Review and research of new softwares, reporting upgrades and new developments to improve work flow.

Fast and efficient troubleshooting

Requirements and Skills:

Bachelor's in computer science, Computer Engineering or equivalent required 3-5+ years of experience in an IT Support position

Strong communication skills and IT fluency

Excellent organizational & reporting skills

Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty

Preference for the candidate to have experience in 3D and Design Software

Preference for the candidate to have previous work experience in a design and/or construction company.

Experience with Telephony, Photocopier & Networking

Strong Analytical & Communication skills

Technical and non-technical communication skills

Driving License ( own car preferable)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
