Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Technician with expertise in server, Domains Software hardware management to join our team. The IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance across all IT-related areas, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing server infrastructure, and maintaining domain services. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach to IT support.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.

Manage and maintain server infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and monitoring of servers.

Administer domain services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.

Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to servers, domains, and network infrastructure.

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, patches, and backups for servers and domain services.

Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and support IT projects and initiatives.

Document and maintain records of IT assets, configurations, and support activities.

Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT-related topics as needed.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

Proven experience working in a technical support role, preferably with a focus on server and domain management.

Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows Server, Linux), and server applications.

Experience administering domain services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.

Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
