Position Overview:The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing on-site technical support for the installation, setup, and maintenance of AI cameras. This role requires deep technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with both hardware and software components of our AI camera systems. Key Responsibilities: 1-Installation & Setup:
- Work alongside the installation team to set up and configure AI cameras as per site-specific requirements.
- Configure network settings and ensure AI cameras are connected to the central system/server.
- Install and configure relevant software and updates.
- Monitor AI camera systems to ensure they are functioning correctly.
- Respond to technical issues and troubleshoot hardware or software problems on-site.
- Collaborate with the central IT team to address and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, software updates, and hardware upgrades.
- Ensure all AI cameras are securely integrated into the local network.
- Monitor network performance and liaise with network specialists for any necessary optimizations.
- Keep updated with the latest security practices and ensure the AI camera systems are protected against vulnerabilities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues.
- Provide feedback from the field to improve the overall product and installation experience.
- Escalate critical issues to higher-level support or the central IT team.
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in technical support, preferably with camera or surveillance systems.
- Strong knowledge of network configurations, protocols, and security.
- Proficiency in [specific software or tools used in your systems].
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts
- Certifications in networking, security, or relevant IT fields.
- Experience working with [specific AI camera brands or models you use].
- Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to [specific weight, e.g., 50 pounds].
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including outdoors.
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- IT Support: 3 years (Preferred)
- English/ Arabic (Preferred)
- Residancey Visa, EID , Passport , TL , Noc , Bank account (Preferred)
- 25% (Preferred)
