Job Title: IT Support cum E-commerce Executive Company: Value Bag Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and technically proficient IT Support cum E-commerce Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing IT support across the organization while managing and optimizing our presence on various e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Noon, and Carrefour. This role requires a blend of technical support skills and e-commerce expertise to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional online shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities: IT Support: - Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. - Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment. - Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware or software faults. - Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords in accordance with company policies. - Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, ensuring optimal performance and security. - Assist with the implementation of new technology solutions and IT projects. - Maintain accurate records of IT assets and manage inventory. E-commerce Management: - Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Noon, and Carrefour, ensuring accuracy and optimization for maximum visibility. - Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly. - Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and strategies to boost sales. - Ensure timely order processing, shipping, and delivery to customers. - Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. - Generate and analyze reports on sales, inventory, and customer behavior using tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL. Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support and e-commerce management. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL. - Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Noon, and Carrefour. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
