: We are seeking a qualified IT Support Staff to assist in maintaining the smooth operation of our computer systems and ensuring end-users receive the necessary technical assistance and support. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, along with a year of proven experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues. Install, configure, and update computer systems and applications. Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place. Offer end-user training and support, ensuring they can utilize technology effectively. Maintain a strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software. Knowledge of healthcare IT systems is a plus.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as an IT Support Staff. Strong multitasking capabilities.
