• Provide first and second-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot technical problems via phone, email, or in person.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT systems and infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and ensure the security and integrity of data.
• Assist users with software installation, configuration, and training.
• Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests using the help desk ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or specialized teams as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and system changes.
• Prepare regular reports on IT support activities and performance metrics.
• Work closely with other IT team members to ensure cohesive and efficient support operations.
• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware and software procurement and support.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support or a related role, preferably in the UAE.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux) and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with common IT tools and software (e.g., MS Office, antivirus, remote desktop).
