Job Description
A Mini Mart based in Jeddah, KSA, is a fast-growing retail chain implementing a comprehensive ERP system to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline operations, requires the services of an IT Supervisor, for its inhouse operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize ERP system modules (POS, Inventory, Finance, HR), ensuring data integration, network security, IT support, and regulatory compliance. Qualifications Required: . Bachelor's degree in IT or related field . 5+ years of IT management experience . Knowledge of network security and data protection . Exposure of basic software and hardware handling and installations . Basic programing Skills Technical Skills: . Proficiency in Java, C#, Python . Experience with SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle . Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks, etc.) . Familiarity with network performance monitoring tools . Experience with cybersecurity tools and practices Soft Skills: . Strong problem-solving abilities . Excellent project management skills . Effective communication and training skills . Strong analytical and organizational skills .
