As an IT Supervisor, you\'ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless technology operations across our hotel. From managing network infrastructure to providing technical support for guests and staff, you\'ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional IT services that enhance the overall guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing the day-to-day IT operations, including system maintenance, troubleshooting, and user support. Implementing and maintaining network security measures to protect sensitive data. Collaborating with department heads to identify technology needs and develop innovative solutions. Training staff on IT protocols and best practices to ensure efficient use of technology resources. Keeping abreast of emerging technologies and recommending upgrades or enhancements as needed. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in IT support roles in the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, and hardware/software troubleshooting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
