• Document all network hardware, software and communication links across EDGE and its entities
• Support the configuration of network services internally and those integrated with Internet-based services
• Assist with the administration of network systems and servers, to ensure availability of services to authorized users
• Install and configure networks across EDGE and its entities
• Support EDGE Group with the cabling ports, IP Phones and network points activation and termination in different locations
• Manage the group building with wireless coverage and replace faulty access points
• Ensure the accurate implementation of patch management using automation toolsets
• Resolve any problems that arise with computer networks and systems
• Ensure network security and connectivity across EDGE and its entities
• Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, latency, etc.) and highlight any weaknesses, if visible
• Support the management of network/ server services and documentation
• Inspect communications room status (access control, lighting, cleanliness, UPS, temperature sensor, earthling, cooling, etc.)
• Manage WAN and WLAN connectivity across EDGE sites
• Maintain network security devices - Firewall/Proxy/ VPN gateway/network access control

• Minimum of 5 years experience in network routing, campus switching is essential.
• Experience in UAE or Middle East is desirable

• Bachelor\'s degree in information Technology, Information Systems or related discipline.
• Network certifications is a must (e.g. CCNP, etc.)

• Knowledge of latest technological trends in area of expertise
• Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of computer security procedures and protocol
