Job Opportunity: IT Specialist

We are seeking a versatile and skilled IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in WordPress web development, SEO, and IT infrastructure, along with a strong understanding of basic networking and system troubleshooting. This role requires someone who can handle diverse responsibilities, including website management, technical support, and IT systems setup.

Key Responsibilities

Web Development & SEO:

Develop, maintain, and optimize websites using WordPress.

Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.

Conduct keyword research, create meta tags, and optimize website content for SEO.

Networking & IT Systems:

Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and MAN networks.

Set up and maintain servers, including troubleshooting issues.

Install and configure PABX systems for telecommunication.

Provide basic networking support, including routers, switches, and firewalls.

IT Infrastructure Management:

Install and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and applications.

Set up and maintain IT infrastructure, including printers, scanners, and biometric devices.

Configure and maintain CCTV cameras, ensuring seamless video surveillance systems.

Manage and troubleshoot attendance devices and fingerprint scanners.

Design & Content:

Create basic designs for digital and print using Canva.

Assist with creating visually appealing content for company marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience: Proven experience in WordPress development, SEO, and IT system management.

Knowledge of LAN, WAN, MAN, and basic networking concepts.

Familiarity with server setup and troubleshooting.

Experience working with PABX systems, CCTV cameras, and biometric devices.

Proficiency in basic design tools like Canva.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. our innovative journey.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
