Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support internal IT systems, networks, and software.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.
• Monitor and manage system backups and data recovery.
• Collaborate with other departments to implement IT solutions that enhance business operations.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and security.
• Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure management tools.
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and network protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
