We are seeking a dedicated IT Specialist / IT Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and ensure the smooth running of IT operations

Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Proven experience as an IT Specialist, IT Support Technician, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Experience with [specific technologies, software, or systems relevant to your company, e.g
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Certification in IT-related fields (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and networks.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems.
• Manage user accounts and access permissions.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
• Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs.
• Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).
• Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals.
• Test and evaluate new technology.
• Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
• Strong understanding of IT products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
