Be part of our Advertising and Marketing team as an IT Specialist in Dubai, UAE.Responsibilities:
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve network and IT issues impacting the systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure and network security
- You need to make sure all the Marketing applications and computer networks are working as Company standard.
- Always connect with our IT, marketing and advertising team.
- Provide technical advice and assistance to office staff as needed.
- Implement and oversee backup and recovery procedures
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures
- Assist with the implementation of new technologies and system upgrades
- Collaborate with the team to improve IT services and support
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in IT support or related roles is a plus.
- Knowledge in new trends and innovations about AI tools
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and friendly behavior
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
