Al Namariq Group is hiring an experienced IT Software Support Executive to provide expert support, ensure seamless functionality of software systems, and address client and internal technical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues efficiently.
• Provide technical support for software applications and system configurations.
• Maintain, update, and optimize existing software solutions.
• Assist in software installations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Collaborate with the development team for bug fixes and enhancements.
• Document support processes and maintain technical records.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on software functionalities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT software support or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of software development frameworks and tools, including PHP, Laravel, MySQL, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Educational qualification in BE/BTech , BCA , MCA , or BSc IT .
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
