The Service Integrator is responsible for integrating various IT processes to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery. This role requires a deep understanding of both technical and operational aspects of IT services to ensure all components work effectively together. The Service Process Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the consistency and quality of IT services within the organization.Your responsibilities as a IT Service Process Coordinator:

• Coordinate the continuous improvement of the IT processes.
• Identify and resolve reoccurring IT issues to minimize service disruptions.
• Collaborate with various IT teams and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Proactively Identify and coordinate solutions for problems by analyzing incidents and changes.
• Take on the role of Major Incident Manager in the event of major disruptions.
• Coordinate the root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare regular reports on SLA\xe2\x80\x99s and customer satisfaction.
• Be the IT Service Management Analyst and assist in developing the incident, change and problem management processes.

Your qualities
You can make your mark as IT Service Process Coordinator if you have:

• Minimum bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within IT service integration.
• Experience with ITSM processes and practices.
• Strong analytical and coordinating skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL methodologies and best practices, ITIL V4 certification is preferred.
• Experience using ITSM tools like ServiceNow and/or similar products.
• Microsoft certification like AZ-900, AZ-904 are preferred.
