About Us :
Aliftetah IT CO LLC is a leading provider of IT products/services, e.g., cloud solutions, software development, IT consulting, cybersecurity solutions. We are looking for a proactive and driven IT Sales Telecaller to join our sales team. If you are passionate about technology and have a flair for sales, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities :
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our IT products and services.
• Generate leads and set up meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable IT solutions.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate information about leads and sales activities.
• Follow up with potential customers via phone and email to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or objections promptly.
Qualifications :
• Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or in a similar sales/customer service role.
• Experience in IT sales or knowledge of IT products and services is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to persuade and influence others.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
