Job Title: IT Sales Representative (UAE Market)

Experience Required : Minimum 1-2 years in IT Sales or IT Business Development.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales, a strong network within the UAE market, and the ability to identify and close new business opportunities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of IT products, services, and solutions, including [Microsoft, VMware, Data Center solutions, hardware, software, cloud services, etc.].
• Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to ensure consistent business growth.
• Identify customer needs and propose tailored IT solutions that meet their requirements.
• Leverage an existing customer base and network to generate new leads and close deals.
• Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure business.
• Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Keep abreast of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to remain competitive.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT sales.
• Strong customer base and network in the UAE market, with the ability to leverage relationships for business growth.
• Experience working with clients across multiple industries.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of IT solutions, market trends, and customer pain points.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team to achieve goals.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Compensation Package

Salary: Basic Pay + Variable

Total monthly compensation (Basic Pay + Variable) will be AED 5,000, which includes:

The variable salary is contingent upon achieving sales targets and receiving full payment from clients for the sales generated.

Note: Salary will be determined based on the specified qualifications and experience.

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
