Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated IT Salesperson to join our a growing team with one of our Client within UAE. As an IT Salesperson, you will be responsible for selling a comprehensive range of IT solutions and products, including but not limited to:
• AI/Machine Learning : AI-powered solutions, data analytics platforms, predictive modelling tools.
• Hardware : Servers, workstations, networking equipment, peripherals.
• Software : cybersecurity software, cloud solutions, email signatures, exchange onprem protection tools and zero-day vulnerability.
• Services : IT consulting, system integration, managed services, cloud migration.
The ideal candidate should a passion for sales along with a strong understanding of the local IT landscape, a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities :
• Sales Development : Prospect and generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients in need of IT solutions (e.g., hardware, software, networking, cloud services, etc.). Pursue new business opportunities within the UAE market, focusing on AI, AV, IT Consultancy Services
• Build and maintain client relationships: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their business needs.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest IT products and services, ensuring you can confidently present and explain solutions to clients.
• Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and consultations with prospective clients to explain the value of IT solutions.
• Manage the entire sales cycle: From lead generation and qualification to closing deals and account management.
• Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring profitability while meeting the needs of the client. Close sales deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts. Submit regular sales reports to management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, technical, and customer support teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a strong understanding of our product/service portfolio: Gain in-depth knowledge of our IT solutions and services, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages
• Achieve and exceed sales targets: Consistently meet and surpass individual and team sales quotas.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Experience : 2+ years of proven experience in IT sales, preferably within the UAE or Middle East region. Strong understanding of the UAE business landscape and market dynamics.
• Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of IT solutions and products, such as Artificial Intelligence Strategies/solutions, cloud computing, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise software, and hardware solutions.
• Sales Skills : Strong sales skills, including the ability to develop relationships, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Arabic.
• Customer Focused : Ability to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Self-Motivated : Results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
• Education : A bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is must with own vehicle preferred.
Preferred Skills:
• Previous experience working with businesses in various sectors such as government, finance, retail, or healthcare Oil and Gas.
• Knowledge of the UAE IT market and regional industry trends.
• Strong network of contacts in the IT industry within the UAE.
