Triple A Technology Solutions is an IT reseller and System integrator based in Business Bay - Dubai. We seek an energetic, responsible IT Sales Executive (IT Hardware and Software Sales - B2B) to join our growing organization. The candidate for this position will be expected to onboard new customers by using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities and acquiring knowledge on the latest technology trends.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Cold-calling customers and generating leads through marketing channels available.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• The candidate will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets set out by the business head.
• Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts and expedite the resolution of complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Gain an understanding of customers' diverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them.
• Assist in preparing information and research materials; create and maintain PowerPoint presentations.
• Attend company functions and networking events.

Qualifications

• Prior IT Sales experience is a must
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Proven work experience as an IT Sales Executive (IT Hardware and Software Sales) with a demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets
• Minimum work experience between 1 to 2 years
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Negotiation skills are an added advantage
• Punctuality, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored solutions to the customer's needs.
• Self-directed and able to work without supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
