Job Description

We are looking for a

highly motivated Field Sales Executive

to

actively go out, meet potential clients, distribute business cards, and generate leads

for our

IT services, including website development and digital marketing

. This role requires someone who enjoys

face-to-face sales, visiting businesses daily, and closing deals on the spot.

Key Responsibilities:

Outdoor Sales & Lead Generation:

Visit offices, shops, and businesses daily

to promote our IT solutions. Distribute

business cards, brochures, and sales materials

to potential clients.

Engage decision-makers

, understand their needs, and pitch our services.

Networking & Client Meetings:

Establish relationships with business owners, entrepreneurs, and corporate clients. Schedule and conduct

in-person meetings

to discuss project requirements.

Follow up with leads

via calls, emails, and revisits to close deals.

Sales Target & Reporting:

Work towards

monthly sales targets

and generate consistent leads. Maintain a database of potential clients and provide daily/weekly reports. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

1-3+ years

of experience in field sales, B2B sales, or business development.

Comfortable with outdoor sales

and meeting new clients daily. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Basic understanding of

website development, SEO, and digital marketing

is a plus. Must have a good sales experience in IT field.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
