We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive specializing in Social Media and Website Development to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in the digital marketing and web development sectors.
Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the social media and website development domains.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through proactive outreach and networking.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
• Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively selling social media marketing and website development services.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Relationship Management:
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to enhance their digital presence.
Market Analysis:
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
• Analyze market conditions and customer feedback to provide strategic input for service enhancements.
Strategic Partnerships:
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key industry players to enhance service offerings.
• Collaborate with partners to leverage synergies and expand market reach.
Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
• Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
Technology Proficiency:
• Familiarity with social media management tools, web development platforms, and digital marketing analytics.
Qualifications
• Female candidates preferred
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of IT Sales experience in the UAE
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar discipline.
• Sales hunting experience with the mentality of 'customer-first' approach
• Fluency in English & Hindi. Arabic is a plus.
• A valid UAE Driving License is required
