We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive specializing in Unified Communications & Collaboration (UC&C) to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the UC&C market segment. Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE market, focusing on UC&C solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored UC&C solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including pre-sales, technical support, and marketing to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in sales, preferably in the IT or telecommunications industry with a focus on UC&C solutions.
- Strong understanding of UC&C technologies such as VoIP, video conferencing, collaboration tools, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- UAE driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
