TOAZ Solution Telesales Executive is responsible for generating Sales and new business opportunities. The primary role is to support sales efforts with extensive product knowledge and demonstrate product capabilities as needed on our digital transformation product line such as Web & App Development, ERP & POS Systems, Digital Marketing & Signage, SEO, Branding, etc. Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales appointments with clients to secure new orders.
Cold calls, Lead generation, meeting customers, follow-ups, and identifying new opportunities.
Preparing sales documents including quotations, proposals, and reports.
Achieving Sales targets.
Coordinating with other departments including operations and finance.
Sales promotion programs geared towards customer engagement to increase sales.
Promote and demonstrate our brand, products and solutions to clients.
Responsibility for maintaining Customer Retention and Relationship.
Making recommendations to the management on the areas of sales that need improvements to align with the market trends.
