Job Title: Sales Manager - IT Solutions (6-10 years) :
True sales hunter for IT Solutions in Banking and Finance domain with clearly defined targets and achievements.
Planning and execution of sales cycles (Customer proposal, Tender Proposal, Follow up, Sales and purchasing paper work and Closure).
Build, manage and track the sales pipeline.
Establish a professional working and consultative relationship with the client by developing a good understanding of the unique business needs of the client.
Excellent knowledge of competitors in order to strategically position our products and services portfolio.
Capture leads outside of specialization and use closed-loop lead management to ensure assignment and follow-up by others.
Proper monitoring and tracking of budgets and achievements
Evolve different strategies for business development and improvement
Effectively manage performance based culture
Key Skills
Solution Sales in Banking and Financial sectors
Experience in selling payment card solutions
Knowledge of Middle East IT industry is mandatory
Any GCC Driving License is mandatory
Excellent presentation, influencing and time management skills.
