Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
:
Identify and target new sales opportunities in the UAE, focusing on laptops, desktops, servers, and software licensing solutions.
Independently generate leads through direct prospecting, networking, and attending industry events.
Develop and nurture relationships with key clients, distributors, and system integrators in the region.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations in both English and Arabic, tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
Product Knowledge & Solution Selling
:
Stay updated on the latest trends in IT products, including laptops, desktops, servers, and software licensing, and present these to clients effectively.
Understand technical specifications and deliver comprehensive solutions to clients based on their unique business needs.
Collaborate with system integrators and local distributors to offer integrated IT solutions and maintain competitive pricing.
Distributor Relations & Market Insight

Build and maintain strong relationships with local distributors and key industry players.
Work with distributors to source products and negotiate competitive pricing for clients.
Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to ensure the company offers the most relevant and competitive products.
Lead Generation & Sales Targets
:
Independently generate leads and convert them into sales through targeted outreach, networking, and cold calling.
Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring sales targets are consistently met.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead progress, and forecasts in CRM tools.
Customer Support & Relationship Management
:
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction post-sale by offering continued support and resolving any issues promptly.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation of IT solutions.
Regularly follow up with clients to build long-term relationships and gather feedback on products and services.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT sales, specifically selling laptops, desktops, servers, and software licenses.
Proven track record in the UAE market with experience in working with local distributors and system integrators.
Strong ability to independently generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.

In-depth knowledge of IT products, including laptops, desktops, servers, and software licensing.
Ability to communicate fluently in both
