Proudly specializing in delivering state-of-the-art services across the UAE. We are seeking an experienced IT Sales Engineer to join our Dubai-based team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services, app development and management, software solutions, and CCTV systems, with proven expertise in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for IT services, ELV systems, app solutions, software solutions, and CCTV systems.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Present and demonstrate software, app solutions, and IT services to prospective clients, explaining inner workings and technical aspects.
• Collaborate with technical teams to provide tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in IT, ELV, and CCTV technologies.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to company revenue goals.
• Troubleshoot and address client concerns related to products and services during the pre- and post-sales process.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience: 3-4 years of proven sales experience in IT services , ELV systems , app development/management , and CCTV systems , preferably in the UAE.
• Education: A degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, Commerce , or a related field.
• Skills:
• Comprehensive knowledge of IT services, app development and management, and ELV/CCTV systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English .
• Arabic speaking is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently or within a team.
• Availability: Full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
