Job Title: IT Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Identify and qualify leads by initiating contact and assessing their needs.
• Engage with customers to understand their business requirements and apply product knowledge to meet those needs.
• Conduct cold calling, networking, and follow-up courtesy calls to generate new business leads.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to promote products and services to clients.
• Maintain CRM records of customer interactions to identify future sales opportunities.
• Provide after-sales technical support based on client requirements and feedback.
• Respond to international bidding requests such as RFP/RFI.
Experience Required:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record of success in IT Sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to understand technical product specifications and functionalities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed, including travel to Saudi Arabia, is required.
