Responsibilities:
Prospect, qualify, and develop prospective business from outbound marketing campaign leads, inbound leads, and various other lead sources including handling existing key accounts
Cold Calling to create new prospects
Identify and grow key prospects and customers
Research prospective accounts, identify key decision makers, generate interest and develop account opportunity
Create and maintain an accurate sales pipeline of opportunities
Manage leads and pipeline opportunities, ensure progression of opportunities through sales cycle
Participate in pipeline review meetings to discuss best practices to close leads successfully
Quality of sales-Hygiene (monitoring of outstanding's /Sales pipeline etc.)
Manage an aggressive sales and revenue quota in a highly competitive environment. Achieve quarterly and yearly targets
Others
Ensure that you are updated about technology and upgrade your skill-sets continuously in solution selling.
Attend Seminars and events as decided by management
Appear for courses and exams for vendor partnerships or upgrade skill-sets as deemed by management
Be highly self motivated and ensure consistent motivation levels
Maintain an healthy relationship with your customers and also internal staff of the company
Be a team-player and also motivate your colleagues

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
