Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic IT Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and industry events.
• Present and demonstrate IT products and solutions to potential clients, highlighting benefits and ROI.
• Negotiate and close deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.
Marketing Strategy and Campaigns:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
• Create engaging content (blogs, case studies, social media posts, etc.) that highlights the company's products and solutions.
• Manage the company's online presence (social media, website, etc.) to promote brand awareness and lead generation.
• Assist in organizing and attending industry conferences, webinars, and other promotional events.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns related to products, services, and solutions.
• Work closely with the customer support team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new customers.
Sales and Marketing Analytics:
• Track sales performance, report on KPIs, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
• Utilize CRM software to track prospects, sales, and client interactions.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A Valid UAE Driving License
• Proven experience in IT sales and marketing, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software, hardware, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools is an added advantage, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Experience with SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media marketing is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of the latest technology trends and innovations.
• Experience in B2B sales or enterprise-level IT solutions.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms, Google Analytics, and paid advertising strategies.
