We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, digital marketing, and customer relationship management. You will be responsible for driving sales, developing marketing strategies, and maintaining relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.

- Create and implement marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.

- Manage and optimize social media accounts and online presence.

- Respond to Level 1 inquiries from social media platforms.

- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.

- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.

- Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.

- Assist in the preparation of video marketing content and coordinate its release.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.

- Proven experience in IT sales and digital marketing.

- Strong knowledge of CRM applications and data management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
