The IT Sales and Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving the growth of IT products and services through a combination of strategic sales initiatives and marketing campaigns. This role blends technical understanding with business acumen, requiring a solid understanding of IT solutions, market trends, and customer needs. The ideal candidate will excel in both customer-facing sales activities and digital marketing strategies, working closely with product teams to develop tailored solutions and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation : Identify and generate new business opportunities through various sales channels, including direct sales, inbound inquiries, and strategic partnerships.
• Customer Acquisition : Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless transition from lead to customer.
• Solution Selling : Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and provide tailored IT solutions that meet their needs.
• Sales Presentations : Conduct product demonstrations, webinars, and presentations to prospects, highlighting the technical features and benefits of the IT solutions.
• CRM Management : Maintain up-to-date records in the company's CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), track sales activities, manage leads, and report on sales performance.
• Sales Strategy : Collaborate with the sales team and senior management to define sales targets, KPIs, and strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction, renewals, and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Negotiations & Closing : Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close sales agreements.
Skills & QualificationsEssential Skills:
• Sales Skills : Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills, particularly in complex IT solutions sales.
• Technical Knowledge : A solid understanding of IT products, services, and industry trends (e.g., Digital Marketing, Website Development, IT security).
• Marketing Skills : Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and email marketing.
• CRM Software : Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) for tracking sales activities and managing leads.
• Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling marketing materials and interacting with clients.
• Project Management : Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Customer-Centric : Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing solutions that add value.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
