Job Description

Job Title: IT Project Manager Location: Abu Dhabi - Onsite Duration: / Term: 6+ months Contract : Experience Desired: 5+ Years.

Roles And Responsibilities: Coordinating project teams and resource management within the project or assigned governance tasks with reports / PPT decks preparation. Ensuring compliance to IT PMO / EPMO methodology / templates throughout the project lifecycle Facilitate reporting Data collection, dashboard and slides preparation, making sure agenda and content are ready before regular meetings. Governance Track engagement index, follow up for meetings, chase open actions and prepare agenda and slides for next meetings. Audit tracking keep up audit tracker, chase open and assist in closure of findings including with entities for internal and external audits. Manages the assigned IT projects by following the established PMO governance policy and structure. Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders. Work with stakeholders, IT and vendor teams and ensure deliverables are aligned and met as per project expectations including maintaining relationships across stakeholder community.

Qualifications / Skills: Related Years Of Experience 3+ years of experience in the fields of Project and Portfolio Management, IT Governance and Compliance Any public, private sector, consulting, with real-estate background preferred.

Technical And Interpersonal Skills Expert skills on Microsoft Office Apps especially (Excel and Power Point) Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coordination follow-up. Any Project Management tool hands on skills preferred but not required. Positive and energetic attitude

Qualification Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering with industry certifications preferred but not mandatory. Key Skills: Project Management, Portfolio Management, Governance, Compliance, Microsoft Office Footer: It will be Auto-filled.
