Mark Williams is recruiting for a Procurement IT Project Manager for a prestigious entity in Abu Dhabi. The role will lead IT procurement projects from planning to execution, ensuring stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and timely, budget-conscious deliveryResponsibilities:- Lead IT procurement projects, including software implementations and integrations
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure project scope, timelines, and quality
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Develop change management plans for user adoption of new systems
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and business leaders
- Ensure procurement systems meet requirements and performance standards
- Oversee project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure on-time, within-budget deliveryRequirements:- Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of IT project management experience, focusing on procurement or ERP systems
- Successful track record of managing end-to-end IT projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple projects
