Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 8+ years of expertise in managing projects across Agile and Scrum methodologies. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of project management tools, domain management, cloud platforms, and Microsoft products, coupled with the ability to streamline workflows and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives within timelines and budgets.

Agile and Scrum Practices:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Champion Agile methodologies to ensure team collaboration and iterative delivery.

Tools Management:

• Administer and optimize project management tools such as Jira and Asana totrack and report project progress.
• Configure workflows, dashboards, and boards to enhance team productivity and visibility.

Domain and Security Management:

• Handle domain management tasks, including registration, renewals, and transfers.
• Oversee DNS configurations, SSL certificate renewals, and security protocols.

Cloud Platform Oversight:

• Support cloud-based solutions with a basic understanding of AWS and Azure services.
• Collaborate with cloud teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with project requirements.

Risk and Issue Management:

• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
• Resolve project issues promptly while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Create comprehensive project documentation, including charters, progress reports, and post-project reviews.
• Deliver regular updates to stakeholders and leadership on project milestones and roadblocks.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in a technical environment.
• Methodologies: Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project delivery frameworks.
• Tools: Hands-on experience with Jira, Asana, Google Admin Console, and GoogleDeveloper Account.

Technical Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of AWS and Azure platforms.
• Expertise in domain management, SSL, and DNS configurations.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft products and licensing.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master Certification is a plus.
