We are seeking a talented and highly organized Head of Website Development to join our team and oversee the seamless coordination of website projects.

: The Head of Website Development will play a pivotal role in managing website development projects by acting as the key liaison between clients and our team of developers. This position does not involve coding or technical website development but requires excellent organizational, communication, and creative skills to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, gathering requirements, and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Team Management: Lead and manage the website development team, ensuring tasks are delegated appropriately and projects are delivered on time.
• Graphic Design Oversight: Possess strong knowledge of graphic design principles to design.
• Software Proficiency: Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma effectively to design.
• Content Oversight: Have a solid understanding of website copywriting to ensure content aligns with client objectives using Ai software like Chatgpt.
• AI Integration: Leverage tools like ChatGPT to enhance workflows and assist in content creation or ideation.
• Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, utilizing project management tools and methodologies to keep everything on track.
• Language Proficiency: Communicate fluently in Arabic and English to cater to a diverse client base.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing website development projects or similar roles.
• Strong graphic design background and familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Knowledge of website copywriting and content strategy.
• Familiarity with using AI tools like ChatGPT to streamline processes.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
