Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within a software house, expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, and a proven track record of successfully leading diverse teams through complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Lead Agile and Scrum practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices.
• Manage and lead diverse project teams, ensuring clear communication, effective collaboration, and efficient task delegation.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.
• -Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and team performance. Implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve project objectives.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure proactive risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing best practices in project management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a software house.
• PMP certification is required. Certification in Scrum (e.g., CSM) and Agile methodologies is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and Scrum practices.
• Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
