Job Overview Responsible for overseeing all aspects of Process simplification and digitalization project to ensure projects are completed on time and within their specified budgets. Tasks and Responsibilities Organizing meetings to discuss project planning, goal-setting, project milestones, and completion plans. Maintaining schedules and budgets for each project. Presenting project plans and tracking progress. Conducting risk assessments for projects. Leading regular meetings with the team and stakeholders. What your background should look like: Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering More than 1 year experience in a similar position Experience in Agile or Scrum would be a valuable asset Analytical problem-solving skills Proven project management skills Familiarity with one or more project management methodologies Organization and time management skills Communication and leadership skills Fluent English is mandatory Competencies Values: Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Innovation
