Looking for a strong, smart and high-energy program manager to manage a strategic multi-country healthcare program rollout and delivery.


Qualification BE or MBA or MCA

Required skills and experience:


• Must have 14+ years' experience with strong project, program & delivery management, stakeholder management and client facing skills
• Responsible to structure and manage integrated, multi-track projects and/or programs of multiple projects. Lead the development and tracking of integrated project plans.
• Must have technical background, preferably in Java, to grasp technical details and engage with client on program status
• Establish and maintain project and/or program communications. Oversee project estimation and staffing.
• Oversee the development of project deliverables. Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle.
• Identify and manage project and/or program issues. Assess and manage risk within, and across, multiple projects.
• Maintain project tracking and information systems.
• Ensures a positive, collaborative work environment for the team. Manage third-party partner and/or vendor relationships as necessary.
• Manage deliverables from multiple component projects to schedule with competing priorities simultaneously.
• Manage stakeholder deliverable and expectations, including coordination of departmental or cross-functional/cross-organizational teams as well as communication within the organization.
• Review risks across the programs periodically and ensures appropriate reporting and corrective actions
• Own the definition and management of program charter and governance model, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring successful program outcomes
• Identify and drive closure on issues and gaps as well as maintain focus on continuous improvement.
• Must have strong leadership, planning, organization, follow-up, communication and time management skills
