Job Description

As an IT Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for our employees seeking technical assistance. You'll troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues, provide solutions, and ensure a positive user experience. This is a fast-paced role that requires a proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for technology.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide prompt and efficient technical support to end-users through various channels (phone, email, in-person). Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including network connectivity problems. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals. Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues Knowledge on Windows and Linux Operating Systems Systems and Network Security experience is a must Knowledge in Backup and Archiving Solution Knowledge on Cyber Security Knowledge on design, implementation, testing and communication of the disaster recovery plans and processes. Document IT processes and procedures. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:

Degree in Information technology, Computer Science or related courses. Minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in a similar role. Proven experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking concepts, and common software applications. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. A+ certification or equivalent is a plus. Currently residing in UAE or available to join immediately.
