Logical Network Solutions is seeking a dedicated

IT Support Engineer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, including servers, routers, and firewalls. Respond to and resolve IT tickets and AMC holder in a timely manner. Assist in the implementation of security measures and data protection policies. Collaborate with other departments to support IT needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in IT support or a similar role. Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems. Experience with network troubleshooting and security best practices. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, or Microsoft certifications are a plus, NAS Storage, Email Hosting. Inside UAE (if outside UAE; do not apply) , Male only .
