An IT manager ensures the smooth operation of a company's information technology systems, coordinating IT projects and troubleshooting technical issues. They oversee IT infrastructure, manage budgets, and lead a team of IT professionals to meet organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, leadership abilities, and expertise in information systems.

Duties and responsibilities:

Developing new network troubleshooting strategies to help reduce downtime and decrease maintenance costs Creating rational strategies for upgrading the company's network software whenever a new update is available Constructing and implementing plans to ensure the company's network continues to operate smoothly in the event of a problem Staying up to date with new network technology and reporting this information to the executive team each quarter Working closely with other department Managers to assess the growth needs and maintenance of the company's network Manage IT infrastructure. Oversee networks, servers, and operating systems to ensure seamless functionality. Lead and Develop IT projects. Supervise IT staff. Provide training, leadership, and support to ensure team effectiveness. Troubleshoot issues. Resolve technical challenges to minimize downtime and improve system performance. Oversee upgrades. Manage system updates, software development, and lifecycle processes. Conduct audits. Perform regular compliance checks to meet information security standards. Optimize IT operations. Streamline processes through automation and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications and skills

A male applicant is required (Arabic Speaker). Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

Advanced education.

A Master's degree in information systems or business administration is preferred. Minimum of 7 to 8 years of experience is a must_

in UAE.

_ Strong background in managing IT teams. Expertise in handling group of websites for all our companies. Expertise in decision-making and coordinating complex initiatives. Familiarity with IT infrastructure, networks, operating systems, and cloud solutions. Address technical challenges and manage system updates effectively. Knowledge of disaster recovery planning and security best practices.
