Job Description

Manage all daily operations of the information services and technology organization, including: help desk; data center operations; network and tele-communications operations; daily coordination with technology and application vendors; and end-user devices and computers. Support L1 & L2 Engineer as and when needed on user level troubleshooting. Establish standards for informational technology systems and usage. Experience with IT services performance metrics, benchmarking and KPI's. Ability to communicate with Eco System on how the managerial department works and provides confidence to different departments. Assists in managing vendor relationship and vendor contracts related to hardware, software and IT services. Knowledge on HIS, EMR, Mediware Solutions, NABIDH. Recommend the selection and acquisition of hardware, software and IT & information security related services and equipment. IT Recommendations & Strategic Planning. IT Roadmap Designing, Lean IT Strategy. Validate recommendations received from Cyber Security or Info. Sec. teams. Manage any technology projects as & when needed. Supervises, evaluates, plans work objectives, establishes priorities and/or corrective actions for the IT systems; ensures completion of routine and ongoing IT support functions. Oversees health district network security planning and data center operations, including: regulatory compliance; disaster planning & business continuity; remote system access & authorization; data integrity, system backup and recovery procedures; and required technology and application system upgrades and maintenance. Troubleshoots networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties. Work on annual IT Budgetary & Planning requirements and Ensure Cost Effectiveness. Represent organization's IT Department in internal or external meetings as & when needed. Vast Knowledge and working experience on IT Infrastructure managing Servers, Migration of Servers, Windows Clustering, Backup Solutions, Firewalls, MS O365 Admin Console, Antivirus Solutions Management, Enterprise IT Business Applications, Group Policy Configurations, RAID configurations, Assets & Inventory Management and Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills. Provide support and guidance to IT Team
Qualifications & Certifications:

MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Preferred (added advantage): PRINCE or PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
Skills & Experience:

Minimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Knowledge of server administration, networking, security, and IT compliance standards. Experience working in the medical or healthcare industry is a plus.
