Job Description

Daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, system and key processes, reviewing system and application logs and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.

Perform daily backups operations, ensuring all required file system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary.

Managing the printer server and DNS server with Active Directory.

Asset management and procurement of system from vendors.

Perform regular file archival and purge as necessary.

Provide level 3 support.

Investigate and troubleshoot issues.

Repair and recover from hardware or software failures.

Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies.

Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis and upgrade administrative tools and utilities.

Configure/ add new services as necessary.

Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades and resource optimization as required. Configure CPU, memory and disk partitions as required.

Administrating the odoo ERP.

Weekly reports of IT infrastructure.

Providing more ideas to improve the IT infrastructure.

Managing cloud servers and cloud backups.

Making sure data integrity and data security compliance been taken care.

Knowledge on cloud computing and azure AD.

Able to act as a project owner whenever required with gathering requirements, designing and implementation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
