Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our technology infrastructure, support business operations, and manage IT needs across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless network functionality, IT security, and providing technical support at events. A strong understanding of Google Suite, networking, IT security, data backup, hardware maintenance, and the ability to work with unique display hardware are essential.

Job Responsibility:

1. Infrastructure Management:

• Oversee and manage the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring all systems operate effectively and securely.
• Manage multiple cloud service providers, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Jumpcloud.
• Work with unique display hardware and support event technology implementations.

2. Technical Support:

• Provide day-to-day technical support for the team, including event-specific setups.
• Provide support and maintenance for ERP systems and related software.

3. Security and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with IT security protocols and best practices.
• Manage and maintain CCTV camera systems and access control systems.
• Ensure disaster recovery plans are in place and up-to-date.

4. Network Management:

• Monitor and troubleshoot network issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Monitor and manage network performance, identifying areas for optimization.

5. System Maintenance:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
• Perform regular data backups and ensure the integrity of critical systems and data.
• Oversee hardware maintenance, including upgrades, repairs, and replacements.
• Implement and maintain ITIL standards for IT troubleshooting, service requests, and problem management.

6. Training:

• Train staff on technology use and best practices.
